Lesson 1: Breathing and the "Now"

In the video, we will focus on the breath and how breathing helps us live in the moment. Breathing is fundamental for learning how to manage stress. There are so many healthy  benefits to really becoming aware and changing the way we breathe. When we learn how to make the breath the focus of attention, it  becomes our anchor. Just like an anchor keeps a boat in place. We are going to use our anchor to help us bring back our attention to right here, right now. Throughout the course, we will have various anchors (places where we put sour attention) but for week two it is all about the BREATH.
