Compassion is empathy with action
Sympathy is when we feel sorry for someone, (often judging and comparing) the energy is very different.
“WE are all suffering” is a buddhist concept. Can we open our hearts and love ourselves unconditionally? This then leads to greater compassion for everyone.
We are enough, we are worthy!
